Greg Lokerse
Greg Lookerse is an interdisciplinary artist and educator. He has exhibited his work in museums, churches and galleries worldwide. His work is a means of exploring the convergences and divergences of a creative life and a Christian spiritual life. His substack highlights the fact that art can help the Christian grow (and help with other things as well).
Lydia Wolthuis
Lydia is a lifelong musician who values storytelling through her work. She has studied various instruments from classical piano to bluegrass mandolin, and spent years teaching at the Michigan Academy of Folk Music. In 2025 she released her debut album, "The Hero's Journey," which reflects the human experience of growth through faith. She loves the intersection of poetry, lyricism, and contemplation, and hopes that her music gives you the prayer you didn't know you needed.
John Valles
John's an illustrator specialized in character design, which for his purposes is the art and science of constructing history and personality for fictional people.
- "What's important to this character?"
- "Why are they the way that they are?"
- "What brought them to this place?"
In exploring the questions one answers to develop fictional people, he hopes to help real people find answers to deal with what goes on in their lives.
He teaches on creative discipline and self-knowledge. (And if you ask nicely, he'll link you to his stream.)
